    Linda M. Waite grew up in Richland and returned in 1981 to practice law.

    Ms. Waite has represented claimants in their application for social security since 1981. While in law school, she was a student clerk in Federal District Court and her primary responsibility was to review social security cases before that court. Prior to becoming an attorney, she earned a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and was employed by the State at the Regional Office of Developmental Disabilities and Interlake School for what was then described as Hospital for the Profoundly Retarded.
